Dr. Robert and Kimberly Roup
Both native Houstonians, Doctors Robert and Kimberly Roup are a husband and wife team who are committed to excellence in dentistry. They are both graduates of Texas A&M University and the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston. They opened their practice in Round Rock in 2002. After proudly serving their patients for over 22 years, they have stepped away from clinical practice and now take on an active administrative role at Roup Dental. Their top priority is to ensure that their patients have the most pleasant and comfortable experience while receiving comprehensive care. They have two kids, Ryan and Kaitlyn, and four dogs! They enjoy cooking, traveling, and playing pickleball and golf.
Dr. Aleka Zimmer
Dr. Zimmer is a Texas Native from Houston. She fell in love with the city of Austin when she went to the University of Texas to get her bachelors. She swore she would someday make this city her home. After attending the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio for her doctorate, she made her way back to Austin. Dr. Zimmer enjoys spending time with her Dogs, Paxton and Auggy. She also makes a mean pot of Buffalo Chicken Chili. When she’s not cooking or walking her dogs, she is attending continuing education courses to continuously fuel her passion for dentistry. She is a self-proclaimed knowledge junky and goes to dental education courses year- round. Dr. Zimmer also loves live-music and has attended the Austin City Limits Music Festival twelve years in a row! You can catch her singing along to any live music event in town.
Dr. Joshua Sok
Hi everyone, my name is Dr. Josh Sok and I'm looking forward to joining the team at Roup Dental and especially meeting all of you! I'm originally from the Dallas area and graduated from UT Austin (Hook 'em!). I then completed my dental training at Texas A&M University College of Dentistry in 2019. Since graduating, I've lived on both coasts (NY and LA), and now excited to come back to my home state. Outside of dentistry, I like to try new coffee shops with my wife and am getting more into fishing these days. I'm hoping to continue the tradition of excellent service and high standard of care at Roup Dental - thank you for allowing me the opportunity to serve you!
